Can't remove McAfee.

In Control Panel I have McAfee Privacy Service amd McAfee Security Center.
When I try to remove, an error message appears. "Installation cannot
continue because some of the components are missing,
c:\progra~1\mcafee.com\agetnt\uninst\mpsrem.oi"
How do I remove McAfee?

You have to remove McAfee in the add remove programs. There will
be at least three different items to remove. Also if you tried to delete
without using the remove program button you may have to repair the files. Mc.
keeps a pretty intenseive file on you in the security center. Hope this heps.

Click on the link from Ramesh. On the list of frequently asked questions,
click on "How do I install/reinstall VirusScan". You will see instructions
for "manual" uninstall to use when the "Add/Remove programs" method doesn't
complete properly.

I had the same problem you have to go to McAfee chat and they will send you
info on it. And you take it all out? mabey..It Bites I will tell you........
