My system is facing multiple crashes. It is really annoying. I cannot work at all. The crash just appear anytime in between when I am working. There is a blue screen error in about every 15/20 minutes. I tried to check the issue but found nothing. The pc then started crashing more frequently. The error code I found is :
    BCCode : 77
    BCP1 : 00000001
    BCP2 : 00000000
    BCP3 : 00000000
    BCP4 : B85F0C34
    OSVer : 5_1_2600
    SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

Can anyone help mere to fix the problem.

Did you installed any driver or windows update recently. It is essential that you must wipe it out. There are chances that due to some recently installed incompatible application or driver is causing the crash. Just go in control panel > add/remove program and wipe out. Remove all the pending installation and then check back. I think that will be enough to deal with the issue you are facing. Just clean your system and check back.

Put your complete error log here. Go inside Event Viewer and click on it. There you can find the huge error list with description. You will need to post everything here so that you can get more help on the same. BSOD are serious error that means unstable system. Defective system files or incompatible drivers are some of the most common issue behind this problem. You must post the error description here to get more help.

Looks like ram issue to me. RAM issue is the most common reason behind blue screen error. Open your case safely by disconnecting everything from the power socket. Remove the ram and then hook it back. Clean the edge with an rubber. Go in Bios and under pc health status just check whether your system is simply not getting overheated. Change the ram slots also and try back. I am sure that will be helpful to you.
