| Dll Initialization Failed
After completing installation of Norton Internet Security 2007 on my Dell Dimension 4600 using Windows XP latest version, when I click to restart I get the message "Dll Initialiaztion Failed because Windows is shutting down." I went over this problem with Symantec and they say it is a Windows problem. Can anyone help me with this?  |
