0x07B Blue Screen Error on Startup

Since last few days I use to regularly get an error pop up on my screen saying ?missing or corrupt file error for windows/system32/config/system.? I did some research and found a guy saying that I can fix that error by simply copying a new config\system file in windows recovery. Well I did the same and the error disappeared. No over yet. Since then I started getting Bluescreen with the following error message:

?0x0000007B (0xBA4C3524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)?

Now in order to fix this Blue Screen I tried booting into Safe Mode, booting with last good known configuration but still the system restarts with BSOD. I even trying running chkdsk /p and /r . though it find some error and fixes the same, but still I am not able to boot into windows.

What do you guys think could be causing the problem? Is it BIOS? How can I fix the issue? Many Thanks for all your helps.

Re: 0x07B Blue Screen Error on Startup

Thanks for the quick reply.

I will surely give them a try but before that i wanted to know whether there is any way we can download some kind of Antivirus or any security suites which can be downloaded on floppy and then i can run them to scan on my PC? Because i think the problem is due to any virus on my system.

Please let me know if there is any portable Antivirus available. Thanks again.
