remote assistance via windows live messenger - can't connect

messenger connected with contact. Voice connected too. We can IM and Remote
assistance request sent and received. receiver of request accepted request
and contact received message of remote access accepted and waiting for
connection.

Connect that sent remote assistance request then received message:

"remote assistance could not be established because the remote host name
could not be resolved."
