    Document viewer 'lost'?

When I am opening Windows I am getting the below:

    Document Viewer
Please wait while Windows configures Document Viewer

    After that I am getting:

    Document Viewer
The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the 'Document Viewer' disk and click OK.

I dont have a Document Viewer disk. When I am pressing cancel it keeps repeating these 2 boxes. To exit I have to press Control+Alt+Delete and force quite the program. Is there any other suggestions that I can do? Thanks.

Did you try to reinstall the software for the scanner that you are using?

You have to insert the printer disc and go to setup folder and search for document viewer folder. There you have to double click on DocumentViewer.msi and install it.
