On Boot-Up Error : Savedump.exe Entry Point " symsetsymwithaddr64 "

On Boot-Up I am getting the Error :

Savedump.exe Entry Point " symsetsymwithaddr64 " could not be located in
the dynamic link library DBGHELP.dll


Installed IE7 the other week.......The problem began while working in
Pinnacle Studio 10.7 Video Editing Software.
The P.C. still works fine.But everytime I reboot I get this error. ( I just
click ok and close the error )

Haven't seen any problems with the p.c. other than I haven't been able to "
restore " windowsXP to any previous points since
this error began.

Please Help!

After extensive research I solved my problem using the WindowsXP " sfc
/scannow " tool.
This tool is built into WindowsXP.To access type sfc /scannow in the run
command box.
Start > Run > sfc /scannow
