Live Messenger never connect (no error messages)

Hello. With Windows Live Messenger I start connecting and I never enter....
No error messages. It just hangs forever trying to connect.
What should i Check?

I have this problem for people registered in Romania.
They can login in MSN Messenger until version 7.5, but no way with Windows
Live Messenger...
Is it something with the new service provided by MS having problem in the
Middle East?

(Some behaviour if I try to login on my laptop in Italy with their userId...)

i've no idea what it is. even msn 7.5 isnt working for me!

I used this trick and everything work now...!
"To attempt to correct this, shut down Messenger entirely by right-clicking
on its icon in the
notification area and choosing Exit, then download and run this .reg file:

Try it or go to "http://messenger.jonathankay.com/" to find a possible
resolution.
