Missing SIP in Windows Explorer

Has anyone ever found a solution for the missing sip account config page in
Windows messenger 5.1?

i had sloved this problem with manipulating registry keys in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MessengerService\ServiceProviders

under section with name {83D4679E-B6D7-11D2-BF36-00C04FB90A03}
Enabled = 0
Primary = 0
Under section with name {83D4679F-B6D7-11D2-BF36-00C04FB90A03}
Enabled = 1
Primary = 1

it works for me :)

Hi there, I went to try this solution,

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MessengerSer vice\ServiceProviders

Unfortunatley only this much is there: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MessengerService\ no second ServiceProviders is there
