widows live messenger/msn vs windows messenger

widows live messenger/msn vs windows messenger

everyone is all hype and into MSN/WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER. Now remember i am a
newbie/novice at this so - i use remote assistant often, which is available
tru windows messenger but not available tru msn/windows live or is it?
anybody out there that can help on this?

Greetings,

Windows Live Messenger supports Remote Assistance, it's in the "Activities" menu. Although
Remote Assistance will only work in Windows Live Messenger if Windows Messenger is also
installed.

What exactly do you need help on?

Thanks Jonathan,

glad to note that Windows Live Messenger supports Remote Assistance - will
go download it asap. in fact after this. Would appreciate if you could advise
if the procedure for remote assistance tru Windows Live Messenger is the same
as tru Windows Messenger and can i run both of these at the same time?
