Error Message - Instruction at 0x022c367e referenced memory could not be "read"

I have a Windows XP based laptop. Its been more than a month I dint made any changes in the system. 1 month ago I installed Contentwatch program but everything was working fine until two days. From yesterday suddenly all my softwares started behaving weird. Suddenly my Norton Suite started reporting an error message saying ?Server execution failed (0x80080005) 10,5?. At the same time, Windows Xplorer, Internet explorer and Firefox says

?Instruction at 0x022c367e referenced memory 0x000000 could not be "Read" Hit OK to cancel (or stop) the program.?

I have no idea what happened to the system. As I said I dint made any changes in past 1 month, not even installed windows updates. Then why this system is behaving like this? Please help.

Hello Sasha, Are you sure your system is not infected with any virus or antimalware program? As your norton itself is not working, you should try scanning your system with any online scanner. once you are sure that system is clean, simply boot into Safe Mode and restore your system to a point created atleast one month ago.

All problems will be gone.
