Sort order for "Open"/"Save" Dialog Boxes

I've seen many a post on how to "reset" the sort order on open/save as
dialog boxes. When I click on the "File"->"Open" or "File"->"Save As",
I would like the view to be "Details" and the sort to be "Date
(Descending)". I've tried a few things from "kelly's korner", but
haven't had much luck. Thanks for the help, it's been a while since
I've done a post !!

[[Do you find yourself constantly changing to details view, then resizing
the columns to see the full file name? File-Ex can do this automatically. ]]

Set Detail View for all Folders Open/Save As
(This was found @ http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm #85)

Here you can choose how you will view the list of files & folders in the
Open/Save dialog boxes. You may choose one of the Windows standard view
settings. ]]

Set the order you wish to see using Windows Explorer, hold Ctrl and press
the Close button on the window. The sorting order for the Open/Save dialog
should be changed :-)
