0x0000007E on boot - two different computers similar software

I am having a Dell P4-300 Desktop with me. It has Windows Xp Pro SP2 installed on the same. On the same hand I am also having a Dell Inspiron 5160 Laptop which came with Windows XP Home SP2 installed on the same. I got bluescreen error on both at the same time. The error is 0x0000007E. It is weird that both the system got the same bluescreen error. I am using Norton in one pc and AVG in the other one. Both pc also has Kerio firewall. What can be possible cause of crash.

Does both the pc has recently got any updates. You have to check out the updates and get rid of the same. It look some recent unstable updates has caused the crash and failure. It is recommended that you must run system restore. Bluescreen appears mostly due to corrupt system files which are modified by windows update or any recent installation. Just go in Control panel and then remove unwanted programs from your pc.

I got the problem fixed. It is due to Kerio firewall. I removed that and the blue screen issue is gone. It is not working well. I used hijackthis. Later on I search on web about the issue and found that kerios fwdrv.sys is causing the failure. After removing the same the bluescreen is gone. There is no problem at all. Things are working fine here. I think there is some kind of compatibility bug in the system due to which this kind of issue appear.
