I am the only Admin of this system and it wont allow me to either open task manager or to regedit. It all started when I got huge number of pop ups on one website. I think there are some malwares preventing me to do this thing and have damaged my system file.

I tried to get read some helpful articles from web but not successful yet. Can anyone help ?

Simplest solution is to first clean your computer using any good malware cleaner. And the best I know is MalwareBytes. You can download the same from here. http://www.malwarebytes.org/

As far as Regedit is concerned follow below steps:

Go to Start and click RUN. Now type the following codes:
    REG DELETE
    HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /vDisableRegistryTools

task manager, regedit and antivirus installation disable by virus

Now these are the procedures to terminate the virus which I think is called BLOODHOUND, that blocks registry, taskmanger and installation of antiviruses
Note that MALWAREBYTE ANTIVIRUS will detect it but won’t delete the virus

    Steps
1.Download and install NORTON ANTIVIRUS/INTERNET ANTIVIRUS, it’s a splendid antivirus
2.Download REGALYZER from safer networking tools
3.After installing both the antivirus and regalyzer, reboot computer
4.Make sure norton antivirus is working after reboot
5.Open regalyzer and do the following

To enable registry editor and task-manager
    i)Click HKEY_CURRENT_USER
    SOFTWARE
    MICROSOFT
    WINDOWS
    CURRENT VERSION
    POLICIES
    SYSTEM
ii)On your right you will see registry editor and taskmanager, double click one after the other and change the value 1 to 0 and click ok

To be enable installation of other antivirus software, follow these process
    1.Click HKEY LOCAL MACHINE
    2.SOFTWARE
    3.MICROSOFT
    4.SECURITY CENTER
    5.SVC

On your right, double click the stuffs you’ll see there eg. Antivurs disable notification and change the value of 1 to 0

NOTE, make sure norton antivirus is running, that way when you enable the features and the virus tries to execute again, the antivirus/norton will capture it.I hope it works for you…Stay safe.God is love
