Windows Messenger 4.7 / MSN7.5

I am trying to use MSN 7.5 on my system. Windows Messenger 4.7 is already installed on my cp. Now when the system startup up it works fine. I tried to remove messenger but it does not seems to be working. When I try to install the new one over the old one it is not working at all. I tried to re-install that a number of time but nothing happens. I thought the new version will have more features and it will be much more better than the older version.

You must have removed the older one and then only moved ahead with the fresh version installation. It is essential that you must wipe out all entries related to the old messenger. Now do this, go in control panel > add remove and get rid of the old edition. Then use a good registry cleaner software and simply run it. It will clean the pending installation files. And then download the new edition and install it. Ensure that nothing should be left form previous installation.
