Deleting files in CSC (Offline Files)

Hey guys, i need some urgent help from you all. I am having some problems with my Offline files which has now become upto 16GB and stored in My Documents folder. Somehow i was able to disable the the offline files but the problem is that the CSC foler is holding 8GB of data. Now though i tried deleting the files from FormatDatabase Value in the registration database, it just wont go away. When I go to View Offline Filesit shows empty but database size is about 8GB. How come?

Can anyone please tell me how do we delete the offline files?

I have a bit confusion. Why is there a "CSC" folder in My Documents, where did it come from & what is it?

I think you should check out the following MS KB article describing How to Restart the Offline Files Cache/Database: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;230738. I am sure you will get some help for your problem. Also you should try moving the entire My Documents folder somewhere else and then turning back on Offline Files. Let us know the result.

Thank you very much for your helps guys. Actually the CSC folder is a hidden folder located in the Windows directory. It's holding the offline data. This is about 8GB and i am unable to delete the same.
