Event 1003 Error code 1000000a blue screen/system fail errors!

I’m using Windows XP since years but recently I have started getting several error messages including this one:

Apart from this I also use to get some problem related to my McAfee Security Centre. It has only completed a full scan once
this year without my computer blacking out- the power will just go out and I have to switch off mains switch and switch back on again to restart the system. Anyway, the errors that restart my computer seem to always have something to do with the network adaptor as in event viewer there are constant warning messages such as this one and also warnings related to the following:

I would imagine that the power supply is malfunctioning and would suggest you get a new one for testing the same. Sometime memory is also responsible for blue screens. I will recommend you to test the ram with the bootable cd. There is tool called Memtest. If the cpu is too hot then that can also cause the same issue. Check that it is not overheating under certain conditions.
