| can't sign in to windows messenger version 2009 (build 14.0.8089726)
as the tittle, i can't sign in to the latest version of windows messenger, the error code is 80004002, Can any one help me out with this issue? thanks a lot i am using PC MW home edition version 2002 service pack 3.  |

Just had a similar problem. If you look at the previous posts quite a few people have. I found kandinsky63's advice helpful. I did a thorough uninstall of the previois version and then was able to download the new version without a problem and it's working! Try using the 'Windows Uninstall Cleanup' facility. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/290301 to wipe off the old version from your PC and then a try a download. |
