Windows XP pro unable to login on safe mode no passwords recognised

Hi there,

I am having problems logging into my windows xp pro system as it has defaulted to enter through safe mode.

When I enter my normal password an error message comes up and when I enter the admin password the same error message comes up.

Error message is as follows.

"The system could not long you on. Make sure your user name and domain are correct, then type your password again. Letters in passwords must be typed using the correct case."

Please can anyone help me as I seem to be going round in circles with this problem.

If you are joined to a domain you need to ask your network administrator
for help.
