Missing drivers. Video Controller (VGA Compatible) is with yellowexclamation mark!!!

Hi All,

I am facing a strange problem. Recently I updated my PC with windows
XP Professional.(SP2). After installation, I tried to install audio
and video driver. Audio driver installed and working correctly. I had
Windows XP (don't remember Home or Professional edition).

There is no display adapter. Instead of that I can see "via cpu to agp
controller" under system devices.
