| Cannot type a password in to windows login screen?
I try to type something, it will not work. I cannot type anything Ctrl+alt+del twice doesn't do the other logon, I tried safe mode, the admin required a password also and clicking the arrow doesn't log me in. Please help! |

My keyboard does use batteries, it is however NOT the batteries because I can navigate through the boot menu just fine and go into safe mode when starting up. Quote:

Im thinking your problem si that your computer is no longer registering the clicks or keystrokes you make, in other words the USB devices linked from your keyboard and mouse are not being detected by your computer, this could be caused by anything but to correct this play around with the USB sockets when window starts up (sockets linked at the back of the hard drive) take out the mouse and keyboard sockets and reconnect them, keep playing with them and Windows should start to rconfigure them manually, Hope this helps, -K.G |
