Can't Open Links!

I am unable to open links in emails, or webpages. If the link is from another website the only way that I am able to open the link is: by right clicking and selecting in a new tab. I was running IE7 and currently running IE8, I am having the same problem with both versions. I have seen suggestions of restoring settings in internet options, have done so and still having the same problem.

When you click on a link a window will open (not full screen) display the webpage and immediately close.

Any suggestions?

Correct your date and that might help..

Get hyperlinks in OE to open IE:

Also check for malware:

Did you find an answer to your question. I cannot open up hyperlinks in my
emails now. I could before, but something happened and now I can't. Did you
get an answer.

I'm told that Firefox is as good as IE -- and it must be because it solved this problem. You might want to try that - especially the rebooting thing after you install Firefox or another good browser. Life's too short to put up with stuff that doesn't work - Tony
