"win pic and fax viewer" problem

"win pic and fax viewer" problem
When in "win pic and fax viewer" and I click the "close this program and open the image for editing" stopped working. Well, it does close the image, but does not open ms paint, like it used too.

MS Paint might not be set to open the image. MS Paint was never the
default for opening the image for editing.
