Need to Convert mswmm to mpeg or avi, without MovieMaker.

There is a video with me in mswmm file format and I want to convert this videos either in avi or mpeg. I am using Windows 98 and I dont have Movie Maker in it. So, is there any different software that I can install and run on this operating system for doing the conversion for some other file format that can be read on Windows Media Player? Thanks.

Actually, the MSWMM file is a project file with all the pointers to the source files that were used to make the movie, whether still pic, video clips, music files or anything else. It is not going to work without the source files and you cant do anything to edit the file except to use Movie Maker.

Thanks for responding to me. So you mean to say there is nothing that can be done on Windows 98, except for the fact that installing Windows XP and using Movie Maker on it.
