Out of Memory in Microsoft Works 7.0

I recently started getting the below error message when I am trying to Print Review a SpreadSheet that is created in Microsoft Works 7.0:

"Microsoft Works Out of Memory Save or close any open files or applications OK"

It occurs when I only have the SpreadSheet open with no other software opened. Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of this issue? Thanks.

Can you tell us like how much free space is available on your hard drive? Also what is the Pagefile size? How much amount of free memory is reported by Task Manager? I think that your system needs more RAM, but I can't be sure.

You can try to download a fix called Update for Microsoft Works 8 Spreadsheet and Works 8 Database (KB933828) from the below link. It is actually listed for Words 8 but should also work for version 7.

I have about 100gb of free space. The hard drive is partitioned in 3 drives and ample of free space are there in all the drives. Also the solution from MS that you suggested will not update MS Works 7.0 Spreadsheet.

I think that the same spreadsheet might have been damaged during a Save Operation. You might be able to copy and paste the data to another spreadsheet and check if that one works.
