Problem installing flash player

I receive a 19166 error when I try and install flash player. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Dell Laptop, Windows XP

And /everyone/ knows what a 19166 error is.

Since Flash is an Adobe product, a good place to look for help is the
Adobe website. In addition to to all their product support, you can also
ask in their own user forums.
