windows live skydrive

how do I place windows live skydrive upload tool in control panel add/remove?
I have windows live skydrive, bnut it does not appear in add/remove.

Usually, this seems the be a part of the Windows Live software.

The skydrive tool is not a *.cpl file. All files in control panel must be of
this type, and construction.

It's an ActiveX "Add-on to IE

Look at IE, Tools menu, "Manage Add-ons"

there is one program that can access SkyDrive in a less flaky fashion than disrtActiveX
