My Sound Card Its Not Working Proparely

I'm New In This World.. Please Help Me
My Sound Card Its Not Working Properly.
I Install The Driver And I Can hear From The Speaker But I Can't Record Or Talk By The Mic..
I Remove The Mark From The Mic Icon From Volume Control. But Also I Can't Talk By Mic.
