'Bad Image' error messages

I have just now removed some bugs from my pc and not I am getting 'Bad Image' error messages for most of the software on startup. No matter which icons I click, it will give me the same error message again. I have also reinstalled Windows XP but that didnt work. Any ideas? Thanks

Well, you havent said what kind of bugs you have removed or how did you remove them, so it is really hard to guess anything here unless you give some more information about your problem.

Alright, I was using 'Malwarebytes Anti-Malware' and it found 50+ trojans, bots and bugs that I have removed. I want to know if there is a solution for this issue so that I wont be getting the 'Bad Image' error message when ever I try to open a software? Thanks for the reply.

I believe that you computer is still infected with malware. So, the best fix for this problem would be to completely wipe out every data by formatting each partition of the hard drive and then start with a fresh install of Windows.
