unable to access hard disk drives

I can't access my hard disk drives through My Computer or any media player.
When I dbl click to open F:, G: drives from Administrator or any user account I get the message- "Access denied"
Other two drives are accessing normally.I format c: and installed xp even though same problem.plz help me.
