ikernel.exe cannot be launched; RPC Server is unavailable --SOLVED

I have a new installed Windows XP Laptop on which I want to install Dell Network driver. Whenever I try installing the same it gives me an error message saying:

“InstallShield (ikernel.exe) cannot be launched; RPC Server is unavailable.”

I tried several things but none of them worked. Even I went through few KB Articles but yet no success. Later I found a folder in Dell Driver’s folder named as ‘ikernel.exe’. when I run a command in CMD as “expand ikernel.ex_ ikernel.exe”, it created a executable file which on double clicked does nothing.

Any help regarding this would be appreciated.
