Can 2 video clips be played SIDE BY SIDE eg like credits?

hello
there is lots of good advice here but i am stuck on something.

i am trying to find out how to play 1 clip in the left half of the
screen, and the other clip on the right side of the screen.

eg like person waving to person 2 at the same time

any help will be cool

Re: Can 2 video clips be played SIDE BY SIDE eg like credits?

cool - rehans split transition seems to work, not its just a case of
being able to drag the 2nd clip all the way left like he said on his
site, but it doesnt seem to let me. if i drag all the way, the 2nd
clip bemes the 1st clip.

if i drag as much as it lets me, it only starts the transition after
several seconds/minutes into the 1st clip.

if you happen to be abel to capture a small clip to show how to drag
and create it that might be really handy.

i'll keep trying in the meantime :)

==================================
The best Transition for your task would be
"Split Vertical" or maybe "Split Vertical Soft".
