XP right click menu missing 'Open with'

I am using WinXP with SP2, When I am doing right click on a file the context menu is missing "Open with" option. Can you please tell me How I can fix this?

Thanks for your all your help in advance, I would really appreciate if it is a simple to follow directions as I am not much computer savvy.

Please check your . reg file, I have seen a answer on a website. Please check and let me know whether this resolve your problem or not.
