I’m having a Windows XP running desktop at home. It worked fine without any problem for years but now from couple of weeks I always get an error message saying “exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b1bf7c 4 75b1bf7c 75b1bf7c”. I don’t know what kind of error message is this?

Do someone has any information about the same? Please help.

Most probably it due to some faulty hardware registry settings. I had this problem earlier on my PC. As a workaround what I did was uninstalled all the drives except for the C: drive from Device Manager along with DVD and card readers as well. After uninstalling all, I shutdown system for about 5 minutes and booted it back. System automatically discovered all the drives and apparently updated the registry with the correct information. That’s it. Since then I have never got this error message again. I think you should try out the same. It will surely help.
