BSOD Need Help, Tried Everything

While gaming on COD4 or COD5, my computer will suddenly just auto-reboot OR it will give me a BSOD. I checked event viewer and it gave me the following:

All drivers are up to date on the system. I am running WinXP, Asus M3A mobo, ATI 3870, 4 GB RAM, AMD 6400+. Case is antec 900.

I did a temperature check on the graphics card and it was fine, clocking in around 55 degrees, 60 max.

Any ideas?
