Movie Maker will NOT save file

The Windows Movie Maker is not able to save a file other than the avi ones? Can anyone tell me why it cant save it? I am using Windows XP with Service Pack 3. It will give some sort of error when saving different files? Thanks

Incase you are able to save as AVI but not as .wmv file, then you might have some issue with your QASF.DLL file. You will need to update the Windows Movie Maker in your computer.

Thanks for the reply, it wa actually the problem with qasf.dll file and it was for some reason on registry.
