    PCI device

I have a Dell XPS which was running on Windows Media Center 2005. The ctrl+F11 does not work to get the image from the image partition. When called Dell then they didnt send me a backup CD and wanted to charge me extra amount to talk to them. So, I put int Windows XP and everything was going fine until I installed Service Pack 3. After that the sound card was not working because of the High Definition Audio driver. So to solve this I had to uninstall SP3. Now I have got an issue with a system device PCI driver. The install cannot find the driver and contnues to try to reinstall but cannot find the driver. The original (Creative Labs SB0460) sound card still does not work. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Thanks

Can you try to go to the Dell website and then get the drivers for the specific Tag number that you have?

Thanks but I have already tried that and the Dell Tech support was not useful. Thanks.

You dont have to call Dell support for this issue, just create an account at the Dell support site and then use the Service Tag number, and get all the correct drivers without a single call.
