windows xp hangs after welcome

Hi All.

Please help me.

What it is I have installed pc doctor antispyware and uninstall it. After restart it doesn't load properly.

I can see the welcome screen there after wall paper but no desktop icons or start button or taskbar.

Reboot your computer, and go into Safe Mode.
To get into Safe mode, tap F8 right at Power On / Startup, and use UP arrow
key to get to Safe Mode from list of options, then hit ENTER.

Once you are in there, do a System restore to before you installed that pc
doctor software.

Click start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore> follow
instructions to put it back in time there.

If you still have problems, repost back here.

Have a look at this and see if it applies in your situation. I have used it
several times now on clients computers and it is pure magic when all you
have is a desktop and no icons, start button etc.

Now you are probably wondering how am I going to access the registry edit to
run this procedure, right? Well you can still access the Windows Task
Manager. Once the computer has started and you're at the [blank] desktop,
press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and the Windows Task Manager will open up. Then click
on File, New Task (Run...), type regedit and click on OK. Once the Registry
Editor has opened, navigate to registry key given on the web site and follow
the instructions.

Once you have deleted the key, close the registry editor. Reboot the
computer, again using the Task Manager, click on Shutdown on the top
toolbar and selecting restart. Once the computer restarts you should have
your desktop back with all your icons, start button etc.

I have tried that and doesn't help

When blank screen comes none of the key on keyboard works and only mouse pointer moves if you want to. I have tried to press ctrl+alt+del but none of the keys work

Can you do a Ctrl-Atl-Del, if you can it will bring Task Manager, click on
file in the taskbar, New task, type, explorer.exe.
Let me know if that’s works. If it does go here:

Try another keyboard.

If you can get TaskManager up the tip I posted should work.
