windows no disk

My name is Trevor and i am a virgin on TechArena.

The problem i have is a diolog box that i cannot get rid of it says


Windows no disk
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c
75b6bf9c

Can someone help me get this thing off my computer

1. Do you have a program called disk_monitor.exe running?
2. Are you using an external hard drive?
3. Does the error msg stay and no matter what, you cannot get rid of it?

Pardon me if this is in the wrong place......I just found this site and hope that I'll be able to find a solution.
My Windows no disk is C0000013 75b6bf7c 4 7566and repeated. I am using an external hard drive. I only get this message when using Elements 6.

I've tried to change the drive letter of the card reader, and it has not worked.

If this is not the place to be looking for the answer, please redirect me.
