| Windows Explorer - File Details
I use Windows Explorer - Details View. I have a multi-level tree for all of my MP3 files. In these folders, in addition to the default details, I also want Title, Artist Name, Album Name & Genre. I know how to add these columns on a folder by folder basis. Is there any way to add these detailed columns to a grouping of file folders. i.e. to change a batch of folders rather than change one at a time. It would even be better if I could change the default columns for all sub folders under a top level folder. That way, every time a sub folder is added, it would have the 4 extra columns. Can anyone tell me how to do this? |

Use this VBScript from MS-MVP Kieth Miller: Folder View Master (no homepage anymore) http://mysite.verizon.net/res18hr7/FVM3.zip or http://members.home.nl/alsdewiedewee.../FVM3/FVM3.rar Just follow its directions. If you want to master folder views too, just ask me. ju.c "cottage" <cottage.3fhfzc@DoNotSpam.com> wrote in message news:cottage.3fhfzc@DoNotSpam.com... > > I use Windows Explorer - Details View.
