Document Viewer

When I upload a video in Movie Maker and slide it onto the storyboard, a
message comes up that says "Please wait while Windows configures Document
Viewer." But when it's done, it can't seem to find it. It tried to locate it
here: c:\hp\tmp\src\CDA\setup\DocumentViewer\
but it can't. Message says, "Cannot be found." It can't find the
installation package. How can I fix this problem?

RE: Document Viewer

Hi There,

I'm having the same problem and have contacted the HP help desk but no
success yet. I'll get back to you if any success.

RE: Document Viewer

I get the same message but it´s worse, because it starts trying to install
"documentviewer.msi" once and again, maybe a virus? or a bad installation?, I
also can´t get Sp3 installed on my laptop, since september, could it be
related?
