Win32 Error Code

i have installed HP Laser jet 1000 printer on Win2K Adv Server.When i send
print from client computer, document fails to print without any error on
client side but at server's eventviewer i get Win32 Error Code returned by
print processor 2 (0x2) and sometimes 6 (0x6).

how can i get rid of this error.

error 6 invalid handle

verify you are running the most up to date driver.

drivers are updated.
Now, what happens when i send print from client machine.
Suppose a document of 100 KB is sent to printer using MS word, excel.At
server side, printer status light begins to blink without any printout.
At client side or server, when i see the status of print using taskbark
icon, it shows Spool status is spooling document bytes are shown
100KB/100KB.it does not disappear.in other words, document size spooling
remains at that status for indefinite period of time unless i right-click it
and delete it.sometime, it spools 50KB or 10KB of data then shows that
status indefinitely and printer status light continues to blink continously.
its getting quite nasty ...
