Age Of Empires 2 Scrolling Problem HELP

HEllo!
I just bought the Age of Empire Collectors Edition and seem to have a
problem running AoE2. When the map starts up it automatically scrolls to the
top left. I got an email from MS saying they couldn't help. Help me.

Hi Nick Dub,

It's a known glitch with some mouse drivers. Just scroll
in the opposite direction with your mouse and it will stop.
