windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publ

Hello, what im tryin to do is play spades @ WWW.zone.com. After signing in,
and all right before i can play it says installing latest version, yada yada.
Then i get a pop up reading: "Windows has blocked this software because it
can't verify the publisher" Will not let me download because of security
settings? Need help, my son likes to play games also and like me would like
to fix this,if possible. : (
