My system runs on vista ultimate 64 bit and i don't know what went wrong with it suddenly. I have started encountering SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION on BSOD, it says "The stop is 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xFFFF80001EB638c, 0xFFFFF98021b412c01, 0x0000000000000000)" I just want to fix this out as soon as possible, quick response will be very grateful.

I have just checked out for the error you are getting and have come across below knowledge base article from Microsoft.
Error message in x64-based versions of Windows Server 2003: "Stop 0x0000003B (c0000005, fffffadca82a63d4, fffffadca35fb4f0, 0)"
According to this article this error comes up when race condition is present in the code. I don't know what exactly that means, Just go through the resolution mentioned for fixing this error and let me know if you are able to fix it or not.
