Windows Vista X64 RC1 Product Key

Hi there,
I took part to the Windows Viusta Customer Preview Program. I have purchased
the Windows Vista Beta 2 DVD box that Microsoft has sent me home, here in
BELGIUM.
I was very delighted when I saw both versions of Vista (X86 and X64). I
installed them both (on my laptop and on my desktop, which has a 64 bit CPU).
Everything worked fine.
I then decided to download Windows Vista RC1, both versions. I installed the
X86 ok, my old product key worked fine (The one I have received with the BETA
2). When I tried installing the RC1 X64, the product key did not work. I
checked it many times, but i am sure I typed it in correctly. I only used 3
of the 10 licenses that come with the BETA2 PK.

Can anyone give me a hint?

Have you tried installing RC1 Ultimate without the key, then apply the key
after it is installed?

To insert the key after installing, click Start > right click Computer >
Properties > under Windows Activation, click the link "Change Product Key".
