Problem Installing IIS on WinXP Professional - files not found on the WinXP CD?

Hello guys:
I've recently finished the installation of the WinXP Professional 64bits
Edition on my new Athlon 64b PC. I have to add the IIS from the Windows
Component window, but when I choose IIS (with typical components) it try to
look for some files on the installation disk that seems to be not found. Is
the Windows XP Professional 64 bits downloaded from the MSDN (not the beta),
so there shouldn't be problems.
Some of the files missing:
IIS_achg.asp
IIS_aexp.asp
IIS_aexp2.asp
IIS_aexpb2.asp
......

If the Windows Components Wizard don't find these files it not continues.
Have anyone had this problem?.. Any answer or suggestion will be welcomed.

Thank you very much.

RE: Problem Installing IIS on WinXP Professional - files not found on

Hi Robbie,

Those files are normally located within' IIS6.cab in the AMD64 folder. Try
copying the CAB to your desktop and specifying that as your source *or*
customize your installation of IIS and remove the administrative portion.

Hope that helps,
