I want to ask some basic information which would be helpful to find out the root cause of the problem. Let me know about the hardware configuration of the computer? Do you have done any hardware or software changes on the computer? from when you are getting this particular problem. Do you have installed any antivirus program on the computer? Finally post the dump file of the BSOD which you are getting. Answer the above mentioned question as early as possible.

I am suspecting that problem which you are getting is happening due to conflict. Well I am suggesting that you should boot your computer into safe mode and see whether you are getting the BSOD. in order to boot into safe mode you should restart the computer and start pressing F8 from the keyboard and you have to select safe mode from the Advanced Boot Menu by using the arrow key and press enter. Once the computer is booted into safe mode you have to see that you are getting the issue which you have mentioned over here.

Do you have tried with clean boot? Well you should perform clean boot on the computer of yours. it would be helpful to identify the service or the application which is causing issue on the computer. once you have managed to identify the system process or the application which is causing issue and you should simply disable the same. once you have done the same you should boot the computer into normal startup. I am hoping that it would be helpful to you.

Well I am suspecting that the problem which you have mentioned over here is occurring due to software changes on the computer. I recommend that you should simply perform a system restore on the computer. well you should restore the computer to the restore point where you was not having any issue. The process of the system restore might taking several minutes to accomplish so you need to wait till the process gets competed. Let me know whether system restore helped you to solve the matter or not.

Do you have installed any antivirus program on the computer? Well I am suspecting that the problem which you are having is happening due to virus attack. I am suggesting that you should install Malwarebytes on the computer. you will get this particular program from the official website. you should download and install the same on the computer. after installing the same you should perform a virus scan on the computer.

Looking at the situation which you have mentioned over here I am suggesting that you should run SFC /SCANNOW command on the computer. you should run this command on the command prompt with having the administrative privileges. It would be helpful to find and replace the system files which are either missing or corrupted. So you should try the same and let me know about the results.
