spell check dictionary in outlook express

i noticed that mt spell check dictionary is French (France).
I clicked on the drop down arrow ,and much to my dismay there were no others
to choose from.
I would like it to be English(u.s.)
any and all help will be greatly apprecated.

I am using xp x64 sp2
