Microsoft ISATAP Adapter

I have just gone through Device Manager/ Network adapters and have found below entries with yellow exclamation mark (!)
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #2
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #3
I want to know if they are required???

They are not required currently, i have them with yellow exclamation mark (!) in my case, anyways just go through below article to get better idea of what i am talking about.
On a Windows Vista-based computer or on a Windows Server 2008-based computer, the Microsoft ISATAP adapter appears with a yellow exclamation mark next to it in Device Manager, and you also receive an error message
